What printing technology do Kodak Photo Printers use?
Most of our portable printers use 4Pass (Dye Sublimation) technology, which layers cyan, magenta, and yellow ink with a protective laminate finish for smudge-proof, water-resistant photos that last over 100 years.
How long does shipping take for my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. Express shipping options are available at checkout if you need your printer or paper refills sooner.
What is your return policy for electronics?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all printers and accessories. Items must be in their original packaging and in new condition. Please note that opened packs of photo paper cannot be returned for hygiene and quality reasons.
Are Kodak Photo Printers compatible with both iOS and Android?
Yes, our printers connect via Bluetooth or Docking pins and are fully compatible with the Kodak Photo Printer app available on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
Do the printers come with a warranty?
Every Kodak Photo Printer purchased through our official store comes with a 1-year limited hardware warranty covering manufacturing defects.
Can I edit my photos before printing?
Absolutely. The Kodak mobile app features a variety of filters, frames, cropping tools, and stickers so you can customize your images before sending them to the printer.
