At Kodak Photo Printers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your printer or accessories do not meet your expectations, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Device

  Carefully place the printer and all original accessories, manuals, and cables back into the original Kodak packaging to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous shipping labels are fully covered or removed.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our technicians inspect the returned unit, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement device within 5-7 business days.
